Building contracting

​

Our sub-contractors are local, tried and tested, which means less risk, better quality, the ability to build to a programme and to deliver on budget.

We will work around you and the constraints of your business and are happy to integrate your supply chain into our team.

We charge minimal uplift on materials supplied and do not charge "Preliminaries". We work on an open book basis so that you can be confident that we are offering best value to you and your business.

 

We ensure that your steel frame building is handed over with a CE Mark and a full O&M file.

Design services

​

Not subscribing to any preconceived style, instead focusing on the fundamentals of what we consider to be good design; light, space, layout, situation and well considered materials. We also aim to design out maintenance thereby reducing building lifecycle costs. 

​

Our sub-consultant team of architects, structural engineers, M&E engineers, and designers are experts in their respective fields.

Not only will the design be exactly to your requirement, but we will ensure that the design complies with Building Regulations (when applicable) and we will manage the approval process for you.

In addition to the services listed above, we undertake our own in house developments and are therefore always interested to hear from landowners looking to sell or undertake a joint venture with us.
